It was a positive way to complete this course without having to take a particular time out of what was a busy schedule, before Christmas. The videos were very good but by having the information written below allowed for differentiation to take place and then important points written in the space where the video was allowed for recapping to occur.

I found the course well thought out, clear and useful. I would have preferred slightly fewer sections, as there seemed to be quite a lot of time spent clicking from one to the next, but this is only a minor quibble. I will definitely think more about my posture in the future (and, in fact, even found myself sitting up straighter as I worked through the course! It must have had an immediate impact!).

The video was clear and easy to follow well presented and educational a great guide to manual handling
A good easy to use course, but I would have liked to have had more information on how to transfer a load from a height to another person or surface.
