I found this manual handling course to be much better than courses id undertaken previously, as it was kept relatively short and easy to follow. These type of courses can have a tendency to 'drag' on a little causing the participant to lose interest, however I found this course held my attention fully and so I became interested in what I was learning about.
This course was very informative, easy to navigate and interesting.
Ii was a pleasure to do this training! It was very exciting too, because It refreshed my memory with things, that I certainly neglect in everyday life and yet are so useful for our safety and health! WELL DONE IT! Thank you!

This training is an excellent way of making you aware of your manual handling requirements, whether you are completely new to it or not. The videos and examples given made it very easy to follow and associate it to your everyday life, in and out of work.
An excellent course that gives good advice and guidance in a balanced way that is easy to turn into practical application.
