This training is an excellent way of making you aware of your manual handling requirements, whether you are completely new to it or not. The videos and examples given made it very easy to follow and associate it to your everyday life, in and out of work.
An excellent course that gives good advice and guidance in a balanced way that is easy to turn into practical application.

simple and effective made the content clear and easy plus good visuals
Useful background and clear instructions for safe manual handling however I do think the course could be slightly condensed as there is quite a bit of repetition. This is fine as a learning technique for new starters but can be a little tedious if done as a refresher course.
