Very clear and logical guidance related to manual handling. It is good to also get reminders that manual handling techniques can be extended to our home environment
Please note: "Stationery" is spelt incorrectly in the very first section! You have spelt it "stationary" (not great for a training company)
This was easy to use and explained clearly and simply. I would not hesitate to try other courses when and if the need arose.

The whole program was easy to use from the point of receiving the email to accessing the program online. The training was easy to understand and clearly demonstrated. I learnt so much about my back and the everyday use of it. By the time I got to the test I felt a good level of confidence in my knowledge and my ability to pass.
