The graphics used during the LITE section were sometimes too busy and distracted from the content. One of the test questions was phrased very strangely - it was not obviously a question at all. I can't remember the exact wording though, sorry.

I did Manual Handling training years ago. This course provided an excellent refresher, and I found the software very easy to use.

I found this course useful and easy to follow. The breakdown of the different aspects of Manual handling made it easier to understand each part and the importance of it.
although the training is useful and well presented, the test was relatively easy.
