Well constructed and informative course from which the importance of good posture and the LITE assessments will be key to the way I consider future manual handling tasks
A good introductory explanation of your needs.
I liked how you the course covered how your back works and what makes it up. Other manual courses I've completed just concentrated on lifting and carrying boxes safely, by looking at the makeup of the back it makes you more aware of the damage you can do to it by not lifting correctly and twisting awkwardly.
