Clear and easy to follow, good illustrations, easy to retain information for test/use.
One of the questions has the incorrect answer as the correct answer. Having to be aware of stairs in case a lift in unavailable is part of checking that the route in unobstructed and traversable. There's also no mention of this statement in the longer than necessary slide deck.There are too many slides which distracts from the main points. The whole slide deck has been padded unnecessarily to meet an arbitrary time and slide amounts.
This is a lovely training with well packed information and the message was disseminated in a easy and simple way that people can understand everything in the course

this is a great way to understand how the body and especially the back can lift and also how easy they are to damage
The course suffers slightly from the large number of very short videos, I feel this would be easier to use if the videos were fewer and longer.
