A good online course to understand manual handling.
Quick and covers basics well
I can use the information that has been in the course both at work and at home. I found the examples very clear and informative.
Easy to understand course, however, I'm not too sure about the fact the lady (Sarah) was barefoot throughout. Surely if she was waling around the office, especially lifting objects, she should have had shoes on? Also, not sure if it was an issue my end, but it kept freezing and being a bit repetitive. Other than that, was good to watch as I have issues with my back and hip.
