It was really interesting to learn about the body and how it functions when we lift something, and the reasons why there is a good and a bad way to lift. Much more informative than other manual handing videos I've previously watched.
Videos are clear and easy to understand, the presenter has a clear professional manner and the course is split into easily digestible sections.

This was interesting and relevant to me in particular because I suffer with back injuries a lot. Although I knew a lot of the information I did not know all of it. It was enjoyable.
Extremely useful as I was able to relate my back pain which appears to be a result of poor manual handling practises in may daily life outside work.
