We all need to learn and or have a gentle reminder on the correct procedures for any manual handling tasks as your back is precious and not to be taken for granted and as someone who has suffered serious back pain in the past, this is a great course reminder on all best practices that should be undertaken.
Well thought out and organised course. The visual content was excellent – particularly the “baby section” and the narrator was clear and easily understood. It would appear that a great deal of careful thought has gone into the making of this training module.
