Usually I get a bit nervous about doing these tests. I love how it was broken down into small, less than a minute, video sections. This make me feel more at ease and I actually 100% first time.
The training programme emphasised the importance of undertaken LITE Assessment; keeping a neutral posture, understanding and using the Power Zone; Breaking bad habits; Regular exercise, the Golden rule of lifting etc.
