The course was clear and easy to follow, the instructions on how to progress through the course actually worked. The test questions at the end did not appear to be designed to ensure everyone achieved 100%.!!. At Northampton Saints Rugby Club there are a wide variety of staff involved, not all with the same employer, and with varying duties in terms of having to lift and move objects. However, the course covers the basic principles and covers them well.
