Having previously completed this course, this was a refresher course for me, so was way too long, and no way to speed up the videos. I complete many online courses and often find that the delivery is too slow and so increase the speed; it would be good to be able to do the same here. As a teacher with a degree, masters degree and teaching qualifications, the questions were rather an insult to my intelligence.

A great way to learn about simple tasks in a easy to follow format, informative and good illustration provides both knowledge and understanding to learners

Manual Handling training, was precise and informative. I assumed it would be mainly about lifting items. The training is thorough. I found the section on lifting items with more than one person, really informative the formula for working out the max lift amount was really interesting. LITE - you may already be doing parts of this subconsciously, but to have it laid out for you in a simple memorable way was great.

I don't handling a load on a stepladder is a good idea. Also moving the load off to the side of the ladder seams even more unsafe. As this would only allow you to have two points of contact with the ladder while you holding weight off to one side. There is also an added risk of the ladder toppling over. You could maybe add that the operator should get a colleague to support the ladder. Although this is just my thoughts on the matter. Over than that I was happy with the information and recommended procedures.

Informative and convenient. Swisslog appears to like the format which is good. On line information/ qualifications such as these , save time and money. Would prefer to see more examples throughout the courses to underline what is said..

I found the clear, straight,forward instructions easy to follow and all completely relevant.
