Enjoyed this online line training; however, I feel that one of the questions was put in to throw the student unnecessarily. Summarised it said what do you do when manual handling. Choices were: do a risk assessment OR avoid doing it. In all my online and physical manual handling training, we are alway told RISK ASSESS. The right answer choice was to avoid doing it, this I feel is an unfair choice. The multiple answer choices need rewording!
