Some things I knew but, many things i did not know. all round a great and simple course!
A clear and concise explanation of why looking after your back is important with some excellent guidelines of how this is achieved. I particularly found the subtitles and transcripts useful as there is no sound available on our work computers. A very useful course to remind staff to avoid bad habits when Manual Handling.
I found this a very thorough approach to the subject of manual handling. It was useful understanding the body and how you are protecting it; as well as thinking about planning how to undertake the task.
