The programme is top notch,very broad
Clear and to the point presentation
In this training it shows you how to lift objects and slide on to a table. However it does not show you how to load into clients/customers vehicle i*e boot or side passenger doors.
It really helpful, taking the course now as broding my knowledge when handling heavy loads and maintaining good posture. How to avoid injury at home or work place when carrying out daily activities .
