Easy to follow and informative.
good course
I actually taught Manual handling in the freight business , and was aware of the methods . This course was very easy to understand and follow . It got right into the pitfalls and " Do Not's " and "Do'S" without making it complex. It was well put together and makes sense .
Great to stop after each section to recap- reinforces learning and helps to stop mind wandering!
