Gives you an understanding of why we should bend at the knee the when picking/lifting
I feel this was just about the right length and detail required. It is good to have to answer questions after each section and the test at the end offers a good summary of all the issues covered.
Too many short videos, instead of 40 videos could do it in say 4?
A well structured and interesting course covering all aspects of manual handling.
Some of the information is repeated, this can reinforce understanding however with respect,t I feel the training could be shorter, given the shown content.
