The training tool is very easy to use and understand, good clear videos.
More interesting than the previous version I took a few years ago. A little too long however.
I have a question - as an ex health care worker - I am surprised to see that all the box lifting demonstrations entailed the employee with one arm at the front of an object and the other close to their body. This - in anatomical form - creative an upper spine asymmetrical reach. Surely the object should be carried with both arms to the front of the package, held against the chest?
Well presented with option to go back easy learning.
Course is good and will help keep people safe and reduce injury, hopefully. But I do think the videos did repeat themselves on a number of occasions. Thank you
