Only criticism is that it deals solely with back issues. There is no mention of the possibility of suffering a hernia when lifting heavy items, especially when lifting them off the floor.
An essential course due to the working environment that we find ourselves in at the work place. It is paramount that we leave work safely in the same condition of fitness that we arrived in and hence the need to have a full understanding of manual handling techniques.

An excellent piece of training - good, well-made videos, clear concise information.The one issue I have is the quiz at the end - enough of the questions are obvious that you don't need to do the training to get 80% in the quiz. Maybe fewer questions with obviously wrong answers and more where the answer requires the training to get? But that's a really minor gripe, the training itself is fantastic.
It is always important to refresh any previous training you once had and the videography in this training is very good and clear to understand and take in.
