A bit unrealistic.

Although the lifting and general advice good, if part of your job involved manual handling would you really decide this lifting is too heavy for me I will fetch someone else so they can risk injuring themselves and spend the time doing this? I really don't think you would last long in the job.

Practical, clear, concise.

The Manual Handling Training is practical and of use at work and in everyday life. It is relatively concise given that it covers multifarious perspectives that give pertinence to people in a number of job roles from those that involve routine manual handling to those where manual handling would be exceptional. Any one who engages wit the presentation will see clearly that - basically - everybody will do a bit of manual handling at some point, even if it is only carrying your own bag/ briefcase to work. The training covers team lifting as well as solo manual handling. It is fit for purpose, practical, and clear. It is aimed at maintaining inclusivity for all adult levels of intellect.
