Good information, pace of delivery was fine. Website interface didn't work perfectly from my laptop but I think that may have been due to my local internet browser security settings

its an eye opener as to how much we do not know about our bodies and how to take care of it
The graphics and visuals have improved which make the course more interactive and easier to put into practice. Good to have the reminders available to download for the office and for everyday tasks.
