My only criticism is the 'lifting from height' section is incomplete. If you use a ladder as shown in the course, how, without twisting or stooping, do you safely a) pass the load to a colleague b) carry out a 2 stage lift? I'm sure common sense prevails but the course stops short of addressing this.

This may be more use for a first time, but we do this every year and it is crushingly dull. The information about the structure of the back, muscles etc is unnecessary for a refresher - just adds time. This course could be half the length, focus on the essentials - how to lift safely and why.
I would like to see more info/focus on correct posture. The course does not flow very well, maybe combine more chapters together to reduce the number of times the user needs to click to progress.
