A good course to refresh, however in one of the videos, it is stated how to move heavy object from an overhead height. It does not show you “how” to do this in the video. How does one come down from the ladder? As we work in a gym, I would have found it beneficial completing a practical course-to have someone check my posture and put it into a gym setting.
I was very impressed with the training given on manual handling. Whilst completing the programme, it was well organised and examples provided helped to widen your understanding in a clear, concise approach.

The course was easy to understand and informative through out. The end test was set at a level that is just right. A pleasing training environment.
