A good course to refresh, however in one of the videos, it is stated how to move heavy object from an overhead height. It does not show you “how” to do this in the video. How does one come down from the ladder? As we work in a gym, I would have found it beneficial completing a practical course-to have someone check my posture and put it into a gym setting.
I was very impressed with the training given on manual handling. Whilst completing the programme, it was well organised and examples provided helped to widen your understanding in a clear, concise approach.

user friendly, good animations and easy to understand, straightforward course
The course reminded me a little of a 1950s public information film, but it was useful because I definitely feel that I learned how to lift more safely. I recommend the course to others.
