A very useful course explaining the importance of why you should be lifting correctly. I found it very helpful and will keep all of those points in mind if I am ever tasked with lifting and carrying heavy loads in the future, to safeguard against any potential injuries.
Very quick and easy to understand course. Can get a bit repetitive when you have to do the same course numerous times, but that's more a reflection on our policies within my company, not the course itself. As something that MUST be done in our industry, this was a painless experience.
