Much more interesting than I anticipated. Some really good tips that I may have known at one point and good to be reminded
I wondered how such a practical subject would work as an online training but it works well. Very clear detail is explored and the demonstration videos are clear and easy to follow.
This uses incorrect & outdated terminology. A disc cannot ‘slip’ it can protrude or bulge known as a prolapsed disc. The presentation is boring

The course gives us an basic idea of how to take care of our back and neck to reduce injury. Importance of good posture .
I enjoyed the course and it was good to be able to do it at home. Also did the test without referring to the course again to test how much I actually remembered and learnt

I like the way the information is broken into small chunks. The anatomy animations and satsuma representation of IV discs are good. The examples they give are the kind of things you do every day at work and home which makes the content relatable.
