easy to learn from and very educational on the health aspects and risks of incorrectly handling and carrying heavy items , also how to do so with others so the risk of injuiry or failure in lifting the weight is reduced

Easily explained & not too much jargon or gibberish thrown in too the course
Easy to understand as it's not rushed and there are plenty of examples to follow.
I thought it provided a good over view of the implications to the body if you did not follow the directive provided.
Good for young or new persons especially. If it helps one person to avoid this type of injury it has achieved its purpose. Good reminder to those not so young too ....
Again I have seen similar material in WHIMIS back in Canada, but the LITE acronym was something new to me and was worth hearing about.
