Quite and interactive and informative course. Easy to following and interesting for day to day and work related tasks.

The course was a very good way to refresh my existing knowledge of manual handling tips and techniques. As well as learning some new elements, not previously known.

The training is clearly laid out in easy to follow and understand short videos, The videos deal directly with the main points of the training and a short question session at the end re-enforces your knowledge and understanding of the tasks and materials you have viewed in the videos which makes the courses straight forward to complete.

Great and easy course straightforward to follow and covers all aspects of Manual Handling with an easy way of explaining all aspects for anyone to understand.
