Well delivered & presented to remind the need to lift in a correct manner. advises of the risks that may occur when lifting incorrectly or beyond your safe working load strength. Good to receive reminders of the risks we face every working day.

Happy with everything in the course, but felt it omitted to underline the hazard presented by self closing and swing doors - the ones that can open either way, and shoukd not be wedged open.
