I learned how to keep myself safe especially l had to do a lot of work involved with manual handling so thank you so much guys.
Good course and professionally made video. 5th one I've done but this was an easier less boring method of training.

I found this online training tool very useful and effective in raising my awareness regarding looking after my back. As an older person I have completed similar training in the past but appreciated the opportunity to have my knowledge updated and the issue brought to the front of my mind instead of having half remembered messages in the back of my mind! You only get one back, it's a good idea to look after it.
