Easy to listen to and good facts to know. Best practise is the way forward.
Having done numerous manual handling courses in the past, I found this course to be patronising, irritating and the visual and sound effects were downright irritating. In addition, the way the course is set up so that I have to flip back into full screen for each individual video and the fact that there is no autoplay function to allow the videos to continue is also really annoying and wastes time.
Very enlightening.
The teaching was straight forward, understanding and explanation. Very educative knowledgeable.
