I learned a lot from this manual angling course,I was very good.

Personally I found the coarse just common sense and for someone starting their career it would be fine but for a 75 year old it’s a bit late and a waste of my time so couldn’t these coarses be age related
Learnt something new - transporting as a team e.g. working out max load team could lift to move.
Very simple and easy to follow.
Certainly made me consider my posture and movement. Clear diagrams. Simple language. I will take advice on board and hopefully be more aware when lifting.

I must say with regards to to the manual handling course, every topic was clearly explained. With the video demonstration made it more easier for one to understand the whole subject fully well.
