I really enjoyed doing it and the questions for the test were very straight forward and I got a good percentage afterwards

I have learned a lot from this course, especially the LITE which is a good assessment of preparation before lifting anything.
Again training that I could have done with many years ago which would have prevented my poor manual handling and subsequent back problem.
Having back problems is regrettable and avoidable injury. Earlier awareness could prevent this.
