It was a very good refresher

It was full of relevant information .

Not sure if relevant to volunteers

When I started this I thought within 5minutes that in some areas it was far to in-depth for a part time volunteers and at one stage I actually thought should I be doing this as in some parts it seams quite irrelevant to the work that we carry out as a volunteers

A very interesting course

I found this a very important and interesting course from someone who suffers with a bad back i have found ways to carry loads without putting stress on to my back

A very well structured and engaging

I found the course to be most enjoyable covering the reasons to adopt good lifting technique while giving participants an understanding of the physical damage the activity may cause. The course was well presented, structured and timely paced giving a good overview and roundup at the end of each section. Five stars does not do iHASCO justice

well explained and structured

Course is well laid out and the explanation by the presenter is clear. Video clips are clear and enhance the presentation of the key points.
