Enjoyed the role play when explaining different lifting techniques very good for office staff.
I find it useful the way the course was broken down into small sections and you could take a break and resume where you left off. Advice was clear, practical and concise.
At 57 years old & having been around a bit it was pretty basic, however if you were new to employment then it could give you something to think about & thus preserve your health.
