I have autism and a learning disability but I could understand and rewatch the video clips if I needed too.
Very clear and easy to follow
A must to do course for everybody to do, so very educational, even I was surprised at how vulnerable we are to injuries caused just by unsafe lifting/carrying. So pleased I did this course, and I passed !
