Everyone will benefit from this course as it applies to everyday life as much as work. Only a small miss judgement could leave a lasting injury. Age is also very important, what a person was capable of lifting in younger years does not apply as a person gets older. This is often the cause of injury.
I have had a lot of manual handling training over the years and was involved in informal training in previous jobs. My knowledge includes assistive equipment and providing it. I think is very basic but very good for people with no previous training.
