Professional and easy to learn
I have done lots of manual handling courses previously and this was a good reminder. Tried to complete it in the office which wasn't a great idea as I wasn't able to fully concentrate and ended up having two or maybe three attempts at the test.

The Manual Handling Training was a very useful informative and well explained in all aspects. Many a times I have made errors when handling, moving and reaching for items whether large, small, heavy or light, and this is still the same at home, but more so in the work place due to the shortage or no proper aids. The video has taught me all the things I've been doing wrong when manual handling items. Learning about the backbone, nerves and muscles was most interesting. Thank you.
