I thought the instruction was good in that (a) it was well organized w/ 4 distinct components (Back, Daily Tasks, LITE assessment, and Techniques), (b) it is very useful information, and (c) video lengths were good, from 30 seconds to 2.5 minutes roughly. My only complaint is that I'd like to be asked to submit my answer after selecting it. I accidentally selected what I knew to be the wrong answer but could not stop the submission. Maybe it a 2 click process: one click to select the answer and one click to submit it.
Great video , very informative re spinal information and will help myself and others with future manual handling

The course was a good with step by step instructions and you can go at your own pace very good
Good and necessary course to avoid injury, is so good and aducating learn alot about lifting and to avoid been injured when lifting is a great awareness to me. Thank you.
