Good coarse and very important.
More in depth and better than a lot of the manual handling courses that i have completed
From time to time it seemed condescending but it otherwise got across important factors of manual handling.
Good information but difficult to apply when loading small vans with limited space. Narrator was clear but could do with a haircut and shave.

The course is too long for something that could easily be a hand out, and the animations/illustrations are mostly childish/irrelevant. The presenter is calm and collected though, and good at getting information accross.
thoroughly enjoyed the course as it was easy to follow, informative and not too much constant talking. The questions that popped up now and again were helpful as it made you concentrate that bit more and not switch off
