Helps to be aware of how easy it is to get an injury if not following the rules
Lack of information on ergonomic problem
Office based jobs where the choice of chair can either help or hinder your spine. Standing work stations to help back strain. spinal strain from jarring from forklift seats on less than perfect roadways etc.
