The most informative and straightforward manual handling course I have ever taken, and I have done a lot
The Course was very informative and the videos really helped to show good posture for lifting and fix the LITE rules into your mind and the techniques. I like the way you can stop after each short section and replay to make sure you take in each section. I recently have completed an exam Invigilator Course and this was very laden with information and too much to take in in one go so this course was much less complicated to understand

Very basic. No reference to underlying legislative requirements. Only really deals with lifting, not other forms of handling such as pulling, pushing etc.
