A clear training module on manual handling with an emphasis on the physiology of the back and how we can help or harm it during manual handling activities. Found the explanation of the back and how it works very interesting and I think it is a good addition to what can often be rather a mundane training subject (at least in my experience!).
Good online course covered all bases. Clear, concise, easy to follow and a good range of questions.

One tends to forget to do things properly, and this course reminds one to asses the job at hand and look after ones body. The motto " Do it right the first time" is most appropriate here for ones own health and well being.
