Informative and great refresher
An excellent course over a short time period helping to keep the concentration levels high.
I particularly like learning about the spine and taking care of my back. It was interested to know that manual handling should be applied to everyday tasks which we forget about. Learning about performing a LITE assessment to every tasks was important. As was the technique to reduce risk at every stage of manual handling. The golden rules and combining weight of each person and minus a third off when lifting was significant. Thank you.
