Always a good idea to be reminded of the correct ways
This presentation on Manual Handling was very informative, especially the visuals, showing all aspects of lifting and the moving of heavy objects from all different angles. I will certainly be aware and wary in situations where there are large, heavy or awkward objects to be moved.
