I enjoyed this course and felt that what I learned from it would be useful to me at home as well as at work. I immediately resolved to look after my back and not try to lift anything if at all possible, but in situations where there is no alternative I will apply the advice about safe lifting, including asking for help. I felt the illustration of the compression of spinal discs using a satsuma was particularly striking.
