A lot of carrying does not involve neat boxes but sacks, hoovers, heavy items which are of necessity carried at arm's length with arms at the sides and the load around knee height and to the side not in front. This strains shoulders. It would be helpful if this issue was covered, particularly doing this on stairs. In the back section, more on shoulders would be beneficial.
