The content of the course is more suited as a refresher course than a basic manual training handling course. It could also do with cover more content on what to do when assessing or moving obstructed loads from inside confined spaces such as cupboards or cabinets to cover a wider range.When doing the test you must be very careful as once you select an answer you can not change this! It would be better to have it so you can select an answer, complete the test then have the option to review all questions BEFORE submitting for marking. I was personally affected by this due to simply accidentally touching the screen on Q19 and was not able to change it.
Although I have completed manual handling training a number of times, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The content was clear, concise, well-presented and genuinely useful and useable.

Enjoyed. The training was at a good pace reminding you of common sense 'Prevention is better than cure'
It is good to be reminded about the correct way to pick up and move objects and to remember to always assess before attempting to move an object
