Having attended many MH training sessions over the past 30yrs I found this online training module to be factual, concise and easy to follow with all key elements explained and demonstrated throughout the module.

The course was very informative, easy to follow and had great content, especially the handouts.I thouoght that I knew the subject but still learnt new things, like the "Power Zone" and it was good to be reminded of the basic LITE assessment.
Manual handling course necessary to do. Safe at work, less harm to waist.
